We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Tracking information will be emailed once your box has shipped. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or unexpected events. We will communicate any significant delays.

• Monthly Subscription Boxes: Shipped on the 15th of each month to current subscribers.

• Single-Purchase Orders: Shipped within 3-7 business days.​

Each month's hair care box is available until the end of the month, after which it moves to our past boxes collection for purchase.

Brwn In A Box LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
