Khamia T. S. Montgomery is the Founder and CEO of Brwn In A Box LLC, where she is passionate about helping people find hair care products that truly work for them. With a background in interior design, Khamia brings a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership, and creative thinking to her business. Her six years of customer service experience in both the healthcare and design industries have shaped her commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a full-time entrepreneur, Khamia is dedicated to creating meaningful products and experiences for others. She balances her work life with a morning routine centered on prayer, daily devotion, and exercise, staying grounded and energized. Outside of work, she enjoys making floral arrangements, going on nature walks with loved ones, and discovering new challenges—from fitness to learning to play the acoustic guitar. Her favorite colors are blue and pink, a reflection of her vibrant, creative spirit.
